WanderPad is a brand managed by Miriam Ojembarrena Cerezo.

Purpose: What do we process your data for?
Pursuant to the GDPR, we will process the data collected for the following purposes:
1. Service and Request Management: Manage your access and use of the service (web and/or app) and contact you if requested (legitimized by contract/pre-contractual relationship).
2. Commercial Communications (Marketing): Send commercial and promotional updates regarding our products and services (legitimized by your explicit and independent consent).

Your consent will be requested freely, specifically, and independently from the acceptance of the main Service.

Data Retention: How long do we keep your data?
We will retain your personal data for at least 5 years if you are a customer for strict compliance with legal obligations. If you are not a customer or if data is only collected for contact/marketing purposes, we will retain your data for a maximum period of 2 years or until the data subject revokes consent.

Rights: What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data, as well as limit or object to its processing by sending an email to wanderpad.app@gmail.com.

Mobile Application (App) Data Processing
This section applies exclusively to our Mobile App. The App may access the following device features if explicit consent is granted through your settings:

General Collaboration Agreement: Wanderpad

• User benefit: The partner space will offer an exclusive discount or benefit on its services (as selected in this form), valid subject to availability and venue operating hours.
• Profile access and management (optional): Once the collaboration is confirmed, your team will be able to download the app and create an account using your corporate email. Once created, we will activate admin permissions so you can update your space listings when needed. Validating the benefit is as simple as a quick visual verification of the QR code or active profile screen on the user's mobile device upon arrival.
• Welcome kit: Upon approval, we will officially activate your profile on our digital map and send you the official "WanderPad Friendly" materials for your entrance or reception desk.
• Flexibility (no lock-in): No commitment or mandatory duration. Either party can modify or terminate the collaboration by giving one week's prior notice.
• Use of images and disclaimer: The partner confirms they own the rights to any images shared with us (or published on their official channels) and authorizes WanderPad to use them within the platform and for marketing actions related to the space. In the exceptional case of a temporary technical issue with the app, we kindly ask venue staff to apply the benefit manually upon viewing the user's active profile screen.
