This Privacy Policy regulates the use of the service of the internet portal with the address, and/or the mobile application linked to said service (hereinafter, collectively the “Service”), whose responsible party for identification purposes is:

WanderPad is a brand managed by Miriam Ojembarrena Cerezo.

Purpose: Why do we process your data?

In accordance with the GDPR of April 27, 2016, and LO 3/2018, we will process the data we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Request and Service Management: To manage your access and use of the service (web and/or app) and to contact you if requested (legitimized by the contract/pre-contractual relationship).

  2. Commercial Communications (Marketing): To send commercial and promotional communications about our products and services (legitimized by your explicit and independent consent).

For Purpose 1, the user will have a registration form, the completion of which will legitimize the interested party to access and enjoy the services offered. For Purpose 2, your consent will be requested freely, specifically, and independently of the acceptance of the main Service.

In any contact form, the user will be informed of the use that will be made of the data obtained. If the data is used for a different purpose, express prior consent will be obtained.

Legal Basis: What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is:

We will keep your personal data for at least 5 years if you are a customer, to comply with legal obligations. If you are not a customer or if data is only collected for contact/marketing purposes, we will keep it for a maximum period of 2 years or until the interested party revokes their consent.

This section applies exclusively to the use of our Mobile App. In addition to data collected via forms, our App may access the following device features if you grant express consent:

The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data provided. Users guarantee and respond for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided and commit to keeping it regularly updated.

Data will be treated confidentially and under appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access.
